We are thrilled to establish a residency program to encourage thinkers and makers to succeed at a new creative project.
One person* will receive free full-time access to the Clubhouse for three months. The Maker-in-Residence can take advantage of both the physical space plus the communal resources at hand. In exchange, they work on a project of their choosing, documenting their progress through our Pinterest account or blog. At the end of the residency, they conduct a lecture to the membership about their project.
Apply now; the application period ends June 5, 2013.
*We reserve the right to have more than one Maker-in-Residence at a time, in exceptional circumstances
During the hour-long panel, the conversation will be guided by Laura & Jennifer asking the panelists questions such as “One of the biggest challenges freelancers face is being outside the safety net of an organization. Can you give advice about being your own superhero?” and “How do you invest in yourself, with classes, organizations, conferences, and so on?” Whether you’re just starting out as a consultant, or are looking for some fresh insight about challenges you’re facing, this is the event for you.
There will be time before and after the panel for mixing and mingling with fellow attendees and panelists. Refreshments will be provided.
We hope to see you Thursday at 6 for an evening of inspiring conversation.
Join Paul Burger from Skyscraper for a thought-provoking panel on the relationship between bloggers and brands, and how they can work together.
